" We have just completed a fit out of our new office at Kellyville Ridge.
We started with an empty concrete shell. I knew that I would not have the time to attend to the ongoing project myself and went on a search to find help. To start with we needed someone to do a floor plan design, and then to prepare plans to submit to Council.
I interviewed and met with about 3 Project Managers including Elizabeth Gradwell of Gradwell Design. Elizabeth had been referred to us.
I immediately liked Elizabeth’s ideas and asked her to proceed with the design and plans and submission to Council. Elizabeth knew what to do and was easy to communicate with, and before long plans were in Council. After working with Elizabeth to this point, I was so impressed with her efficiency, I asked her to continue to oversee the whole project.
Over the next 7 months, an amazing transformation took place. Our new office came to life under the guidance of Elizabeth. Elizabeth’s knowledge, great organisation skills, patience and eye for detail brought it all together. But most of all it was her passion for the job. She made the project her own and become emotionally involved and loved seeing it come together as much as I did. Sure, I had a lot of decisions to make along the way, but with Elizabeth’s advice and expertise it was easy for me. She guided me right down to the last smallest detail.
Every build has its issues along the way, but there was not many. That I heard of anyway. I am sure there were some, but Elizabeth obviously just dealt with the problems and the couple I did know about were rectified quickly and without any hassle from me.
Elizabeth was always contactable and approachable. Her easy going, joyful personality made every day a pleasure. The tradespeople she managed described her as a perfectionist, and I totally agree.
