Kurrajong Kitchen – Exhibition Design

Gradwell Design is proud to partner with Kurrajong Kitchen with the exhibition design for their stand at the Food Service Show in the International Convention Centre Sydney. The exhibition showed off their much loved product, Lavosh. #Lavoshfallingfromthesky

Design an exhibition stand adaptable to fit various spaces across trade and consumer shows. The stand should be transportable and easy to assemble. Create a corporate look to promote the Kurrajong Kitchen brand and values. The stand is to appeal to both trade and consumer clientele.
Design Concept
The party starts when Kurrajong Kitchen Lavosh hits the plate. This exhibition captures the moment when the Lavosh is poured out of the packet, onto the plate. The huge pieces of Lavosh falling from the sky is designed to be seen from afar to draw people into the exhibition space where the Lavosh product is shown off. The product is displayed in a minimalist space with lighting focusing on the display to let the product speak for itself.

Gradwell Design worked closely with Kurrajong Kitchens to create a design concept that fitted the brief and communicated the right message about Kurrajong Kitchen, its values and its products. The exhibition design was documented with working drawings, 3D renders and specifications to make the design easy to visualise and fit out. Gradwell Design collaborated  with the Kurrajong Kitchen team to project manage suppliers and tradesmen to execute the exhibition fit out.
